Sr FSC Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support our digital transformation initiatives. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a critical role in optimizing the customer experience and enhancing the efficiency of the client’s financial services through Salesforce solutions.

Role:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC), with an emphasis on enhancing member experiences and improving internal operations.
• Manage and execute complex integrations between Salesforce FSC and other platforms, including core banking systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Design and implement OmniStudio solutions, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors, to automate workflows and support business processes.
• Provide technical leadership for the Salesforce development team, setting best practices in coding, configuration, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and drive project success from design to deployment without requiring close supervision or handholding.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Extensive experience with OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• High-level Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.

Nice to Haves:

• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification (this will make you the ideal candidate).
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, with preferred knowledge of MuleSoft for API-led connectivity and system integration.

Functional Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of financial services business processes, particularly in the context of credit unions or community banking.
• Experience with Salesforce security models, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead development projects without close supervision.
