Job Summary
Join a growing credit union dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to improve member services and financial products. We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead/Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support our client’s digital transformation initiatives. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a critical role in optimizing the customer experience and enhancing the efficiency of the client’s financial services through Salesforce solutions.
Role:

Lead the architectural design, roadmap planning, and development of Salesforce solutions centered around Financial Services Cloud (FSC) in collaboration with a Delivery Manager and Solutions Architect

Define and oversee the integration strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce FSC, core banking systems, and third-party applications, including robust API management.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team, establishing best practices in system architecture, coding, and security across the Salesforce platform.

Develop and manage OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors), aligning them with the credit union’s business processes and ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior management to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions while ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise:

7+ years of Salesforce experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Tech Lead or Architect role specializing in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Proven experience architecting and implementing Salesforce FSC solutions, integrating with other financial systems and platforms.

Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and security models (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets).

Deep experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) and leading its integration into complex workflows.

Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
Nice to Have:
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification and experience with MuleSoft for advanced integration work.
Functional Knowledge:

Strong background in designing secure, compliant, and scalable solutions for financial institutions.

Ability to lead a technical team, working autonomously while collaborating with key business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
