Job Summary
Join a growing credit union dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to improve member services and financial products. We are seeking a Salesforce Quality Analyst (QA) with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support our client’s digital transformation initiatives. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a critical role in optimizing the customer experience and enhancing the efficiency of the client’s financial services through Salesforce solutions.
Role:
- Lead the quality assurance process for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations, ensuring the platform’s functionality, performance, and security meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for FSC solutions, focusing on both functional and integration testing.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to identify defects, track issues, and ensure they are resolved prior to deployment.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and verify that the implemented solutions meet expectations.
- Provide detailed documentation on test results, defects, and enhancements, ensuring traceability of all quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
– Technical Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst, with at least 1-2 years focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including workflows, automation, security settings, and integration points within FSC.
- Experience with Salesforce testing tools, such as Selenium, Provar, or other test automation frameworks.
- Ability to create and execute detailed test scripts and test plans that cover a wide range of test scenarios, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Functional Knowledge:
- Familiarity with financial services processes, including loans, mortgages, and member services, preferably within a credit union or similar financial institution.
- Understanding of Salesforce FSC-specific functionalities, such as Financial Accounts, Client Data Model, and Relationship Groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
– Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams and provide clear, detailed feedback.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced, agile environment.
