I just read this Forbes article on how companies are using AI to go beyond collecting data and actually turn it into smarter decisions. It’s a good reminder that having a lot of data isn’t enough. It’s knowing what to do with it that makes a difference.
As someone responsible for sourcing talent in AI and data, I see firsthand how fast teams are evolving. Companies aren’t just looking for technical talent, they’re looking for people who can connect the dots between AI/ML/GenAI solutions and decisions. The blend of tech skills and strategic thinking is in high demand.
