The client is a university, working with a solutions partner to implement Education Cloud, and was planning to go live in 1 month. They wanted 2 Education Cloud specialists and a Data Engineer before going live for post-implementation work.

The client was heads-down, working to get ready for go-live. How could they identify, interview and hire all these crucial internal Salesforce positions within a couple of weeks, when they already had so much work and the clock was ticking?
