Job Summary

Context
Our client is a dynamic, high-growth financial services firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. With a team of ~150 employees and over 140 active Salesforce users, the company leverages Salesforce extensively across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud. They are seeking a hybrid Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem and collaborating with cross-functional teams on new initiatives.

 
Role:
Salesforce Admin/Salesforce BA

Reporting directly to the Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, the Salesforce Admin/BA will be the primary owner of Salesforce administration and business analysis efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into technical solutions, is experienced with Agile and SDLC processes, and thrives in a high-ownership, collaborative environment.
This is a 50/50 split role between Salesforce administration and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities
•    Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
•    Collaborate with internal business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
•    Prioritize and manage incoming enhancement requests and ongoing support needs
•    Work closely with internal Salesforce developer and SI partner (Plative) to support new initiatives
•    Drive UI/UX design within Salesforce and assist with the transition from CRM Analytics to Tableau dashboards
•    Contribute to maintenance of third-party integrations (e.g., Seismic, Discovery Data) and support related data flows
•    Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
•    Create and manage reports and dashboards tailored to business needs
•    Own UAT coordination: testing, feedback gathering, and training for new features
•    Communicate system updates and changes across stakeholder teams proactively
•    Support case management and sales support processes across multiple departments

Key Stakeholder Groups Supported
•    Distribution (Sales) Teams – leveraging CRM data for outbound strategy and client insights
•    Client Portfolio Management – supporting client success, case management, and meeting tracking
•    Operations Teams – process management and case lifecycle support

Required Qualifications
•    3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or hybrid Admin/BA in a professional environment
•    Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; familiarity with Marketing Cloud
•    Experience with Agile development methodologies and SDLC processes
•    Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
•    Ability to translate technical requirements from development teams to business and visa versa
•    Hands-on experience with light configuration (fields, page layouts, profiles, workflows)
•    Ability to create reports and dashboards that drive business decision-making
•    Strong communication skills and comfort engaging directly with non-technical business stakeholders
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
•    Salesforce Administrator Certification
•    Experience working with Tableau and/or CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics)
•    Experience coordinating with external system integrators (e.g., Plative)
•    Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or Tableau 
•    Experience supporting a 100+ user Salesforce instance
