The client is a university, working with a solutions partner to implement Education Cloud, and was planning to go live in 1 month. They wanted 2 Education Cloud specialists and a Data Engineer before going live for post-implementation work.

 

The question became:

The client was heads-down, working to get ready for go-live. How could they identify, interview and hire all these crucial internal Salesforce positions within a couple of weeks, when they already had so much work and the clock was ticking?

 

High Trail Solution:

Utilizing High Trail’s TaaS (Teams as a Service) offering, the client had identified and engaged the required team within two weeks, a week prior to go-live.

 

Where they are now:

The SI has transitioned work to the university’s new Education Cloud specialists, who are also managing knowledge-transfer to the wider Salesforce team, allowing the client to become self-sufficient.
