Salesforce Business Analyst

We love helping to make the perfect match!

Our latest case study highlights how Amanda Schafer found the ideal Salesforce Business Analyst for our client, a nonprofit.

Patricia joined for a 4 month project, but her immediate impact was so strong that her contract has since been extended.

See how we helped Patricia land a role she loves, and our client find the perfect Salesforce BA for their project.

The Opportunity

Our client, a nonprofit that develops cybersecurity best practices, needed a Salesforce Business Analyst to cover a key maternity leave. They needed an experienced BA who could enhance their Salesforce functionality and develop automated and scalable processes to meet the needs of a number of different internal teams.

The Search

High Trailer Amanda tapped into her Salesforce network and compiled a shortlist of qualified candidates. Amanda immediately recognized that Patricia had a strong background for this project and actively headhunted her for the role.

The Connection

When Patricia met with the hiring manager, it was clear that the organization’s culture resonated with her, and that she would enjoy the work. Patricia liked the challenging work, and the culture of autonomy.  She felt that she could make a difference from day one.

Today

Patricia’s fit with the team and her immediate impact meant that our client quickly wanted to extend her contract. Amanda has been Patricia’s dedicated point of contact and checks in regularly.

We are delighted that Patricia is loving her work!
