Job Summary
A leading bank based in New York City is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of the financial services industry. This role requires a professional with a blend of Salesforce administration and Slack project experience.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to enhance the Salesforce FSC platform and integrate advanced functionality within Slack, driving productivity and collaboration across teams. The candidate must be able to commute to the office 2-3 times per week.
Role:
- Manage the administration and configuration of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support business operations, including managing users, security, profiles, and data integrity.
- Develop and configure solutions within Slack, leveraging Salesforce data, to enhance internal workflows and collaboration, including building Slack dashboards and automating processes using Slack Workflow Builder.
- Customize Salesforce with declarative tools such as Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflows to meet the unique needs of the financial services team.
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, providing both technical and business analysis to ensure Salesforce and Slack meet operational goals.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Salesforce and Slack functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum utilization.
- Support data migration efforts and integrations between Salesforce, Slack, and other platforms, ensuring data is accurate, secure, and consistent.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, including managing users, permissions, creating reports and dashboards, workflow automation, and data management.
- Experience working on Slack projects, with hands-on expertise in Slack dashboard creation, integration with Salesforce, and automating workflows using Slack Workflow Builder.
- Ability to manage Salesforce-Slack integrations, ensuring seamless communication between systems and automating tasks that drive team collaboration.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet user needs and enhance productivity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader and knowledge of best practices for data integrity and management.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, commuting to the NYC office 2-3 times a week.
