Join a Leading Organization in Data Excellence as a Data Lead

Our client, a prominent organization in the real estate sector, is seeking a highly experienced Data Lead to spearhead their data management and analytics strategy. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape data governance, establish best practices, and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making across the company. The successful candidate will lead the development of standardized dashboards, curated datasets for various business units, and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, governance, and analytics.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role, ideally with prior experience establishing data governance programs.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and security protocols.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Fabric, SQL, R, Python, and Power BI to effectively manage technical teams.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing data strategy and architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills to evangelize data-driven decision-making and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Additional familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring BI analysts and developers.
  • Advanced certifications or training in data governance or analytics tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale data initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Other Requirements:

  • This role is primarily on-site in Conshohocken, with a strong preference for four days per week on-site to ensure high visibility and collaboration.
  • Ability to engage with and influence business users who may have limited technical expertise.
  • A commitment to establishing robust data standards, security, and governance policies.
