Job Summary

Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud) – Part-Time / 25–30 Hours Per Week

Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud) to support two active client engagements on an ongoing basis. This is a flexible, consultative role supporting two external clients, requiring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

This position will average 25–30 hours per week across two projects and is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-sufficient admin who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Engagement Breakdown

Project 1 – High-Velocity Client (~20 hours/week)

  • Ongoing Salesforce Sales Cloud administration

  • Build and maintain moderately complex Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows)

  • User support and issue resolution

  • Data management and reporting enhancements

  • Continuous optimization of existing processes

Project 2 – Ongoing Client Support (5–10 hours/week)

  • General Sales Cloud administration

  • User onboarding and permissions management

  • Reporting & dashboard updates

  • Light configuration and system enhancements

Core Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud environments

  • Build, modify, and troubleshoot Flows (Flow Builder)

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets

  • Maintain data integrity (imports, deduplication, validation rules)

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards

  • Configure fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automations

  • Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices

  • Provide proactive system improvements and process optimization

  • Manage support tickets and prioritize requests across both clients

  • Maintain documentation and change management processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience

  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud

  • Proven experience building and troubleshooting moderately complex Flows

  • Deep understanding of:

    • Object & field configuration

    • Security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules)

    • Reports & dashboards

    • Validation rules & automation best practices

  • Experience supporting high-velocity sales teams

  • Strong data management skills (Data Loader, imports, cleanup)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously

  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable in a consultative capacity

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • Experience in client-facing or consulting environment
