Sr. IT Analyst, Logistics

Position Summary
 

This role provides functional and business consulting across global inbound and outbound Logistics and Trade Management/Compliance within Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and Oracle Fusion ERP. You will partner with end users and IT to improve processes, implement new functionality, and ensure full utilization of logistics modules. Responsibilities include day-to-day support, troubleshooting, training, and driving global standardization of processes and documentation.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy logistics functionality (inbound/outbound freight across truck, rail, sea, air).
• Develop queries and reports within Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Support Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Collaborate on integrations with ERP, 3PLs, EDI, and other applications.
• Document processes, create training materials, and lead end-user training.
• Assist with data loads, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
• Identify process gaps and support enhancements or integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure systems remain effective through testing, updates, and continuous improvements.
• Work with international teams and external partners to deliver aligned, global solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Oracle OTM and GTM; Oracle WMS is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Proficiency with ERP data models, queries, and integration points.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP process issues.
• Familiarity with project tools (e.g., Jira); ITIL certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across global teams.
• ERP implementation experience is highly valued.
