Salesforce Business Analyst

A leading organization in the asset management software sector is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team supporting product implementations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects and Data Specialists, facilitating requirements gathering and light Salesforce configuration in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce with at least 5 years of experience, demonstrating the ability to handle configuration tasks through point-and-click methods without extensive coding. Prior experience working with finance clients, particularly in asset management and FSC, is highly desirable.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience, with hands-on configuration skills
• Proven ability to gather and validate client requirements in collaboration with solution architects
• Experience working with asset management or financial services clients
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical requirements clearly and effectively
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client needs and translate into actionable solutions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Experience in light Salesforce customization and data mapping
• Understanding of asset management workflows and industry regulations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in product-based Salesforce environments rather than pure implementation roles

• Ability to work remotely and manage client interactions independently
• Availability to participate in client meetings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
