Job Summary
Summary:
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions to enhance a global platform for a financial services client. Manage an AI engineering team, collaborate cross-functionally, and architect scalable AI features while ensuring performance, security, and innovation at large scale.
Responsibilities:
• Lead an AI team in designing and implementing AI-driven features and enhancements for a large-scale platform.
• Collaborate with product management, data science, and engineering to define AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Architect scalable and robust AI solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and software engineering.
• Ensure quality, performance, and security of AI applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Drive adoption of best practices in AI development, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop code and systems impacting a significant global user base while influencing internal technical standards for scalability, security, and reusability.
• Collaborate across teams to create design artifacts and develop high-quality software solutions.
• Build robust, scalable products for various customers.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to build next-gen services, platforms, and solutions.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining APIs.
• Experience with front end and scalable technologies such as React, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Experience leading teams in designing and implementing AI-driven features and enhancements.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
