Job Summary
Summary:
We’re supporting a client that’s looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our internal team on a Part-Time basis (15–20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Jira, along with a proven ability to manage, maintain, and optimize Salesforce environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including user management, data integrity, and system configurations
- Support integration between Salesforce and Jira
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
- Assist with ongoing platform updates and system enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and best practices
- Experience working with Jira integrations or ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time remote capacity
- Must be based in Eastern Time (EST)
Other Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
