Job Summary
Our client, a leading financial organization, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Trainer / Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic partner, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to unlock the full potential of Salesforce platforms. The successful candidate will drive requirements gathering, process optimization, user adoption initiatives, and comprehensive training programs, ensuring maximum platform ROI and operational excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse departments to gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews across departments.
- Support the delivery of Salesforce solutions by working closely with Administrators, Developers, Architects, and third-party partners.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend scalable Salesforce-driven improvements.
- Support testing efforts, including UAT coordination, defect tracking, and validation of delivered solutions.
- Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge base content.
- Lead Salesforce user onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and ongoing enablement initiatives.
- Develop and implement adoption strategies to enhance user engagement, data quality, and process compliance.
- Monitor platform utilization and user behavior metrics to identify training gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with leadership to track KPIs, adoption metrics, and overall Salesforce ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor to end users by promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Consultant, or related role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Financial Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in requirements gathering and translating business processes into technical solutions.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience developing training programs, user guides, and conducting end-user training sessions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Advanced Administrator.
- Experience with user adoption and change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar documentation platforms.
- Supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
- Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to support a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Potential travel for workshops or stakeholder meetings, as needed.
