Salesforce Administrator (mid-sr level)
Hybrid – New York City (Financial District)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for a 50-user Sales Cloud environment.
- Manage day-to-day platform administration, including user setup, data maintenance, permissions, reports, dashboards, and process automation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and translate needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on Salesforce-driven initiatives supporting investor services, fund clients, and sales compensation tracking.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Support user adoption through training, communication, and creating best-practice materials.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support integration projects such as Tableau implementation and future Data Cloud initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system usability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and upcoming platform changes.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.
- ~5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud preferred).
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and user stories.
- Excellent communication skills: able to engage respectfully with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Experience with Tableau (reporting and/or implementation) is highly preferred.
- Enthusiasm for learning and exploring advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Data Cloud.
- No development experience required, but familiarity with best practices in configuration and data management is expected.
- Industry: Financial services exposure is helpful but not required.
- Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite in NYC, FiDi
