Senior Salesforce Consultant (Contract-to-Hire | Remote)

About the Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing digital health company to place a Senior Salesforce Consultant who can assess, optimize, and lead their Salesforce org. You’ll serve as a hands-on technical lead and de facto product owner, working alongside a junior admin team to drive strategy, best practices, and long-term roadmap development.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct a full org assessment: identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across a 175-license Sales Cloud and CRMA environment
• Define and own the Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing enhancements aligned to business goals
• Act as product owner: gather requirements, manage backlog, and align stakeholders
• Develop, configure, and administer the org (Apex, Flows, custom objects, reports/dashboards, etc.)
• Mentor and train junior/mid-level admins; establish standards and documentation
• Build trust with end users and internal teams as a go-to Salesforce authority
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience spanning development, configuration, and administration
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud; CRMA experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to assess org health and translate findings into actionable strategy
• Strong development skills: Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative automation
• Experience mentoring junior admins or leading small Salesforce teams
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant)

• Background in healthcare or life sciences
