Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a dynamic and highly organized IT Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, including a principal with extensive cross-departmental influence, to ensure major initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively while establishing scalable processes and systems for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects focused on process reengineering, technology upgrades, and operational enhancements.
• Evaluate, select, and implement project management tools and methodologies, building a structured approach from the ground up.
• Drive multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing tasks and maintaining accountability across teams.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver solutions that modernize and streamline workflow.
• Bring clarity to chaotic environments by establishing repeatable workflows, defining project scope, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in process reengineering, operational modernization, and tech-enabled project delivery.
• Strong proficiency with multiple project management tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—sharp, tactfully assertive, and reliable.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced work environments effectively.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Prior experience partnering with senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work in Philadelphia, PA or New York, NY, ideally accessible to both locations.
• Ability to start as soon as the beginning of January.
• Strong references and completion of testing (as part of the vetting process).
