Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive Revenue Operations Contractor to support our Head of RevOps in executing a 3–4 month roadmap. This role is designed to free up strategic bandwidth while handling tactical execution, with a focus on HubSpot and end-to-end RevOps processes. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, highly organized, and a hands-on problem solver—not just an “order taker.”
What You’ll Do

  • Execute 70–80% of the RevOps roadmap, including hands-on HubSpot administration and optimization.
  • Build, maintain, and document processes across HubSpot, Chili Piper, Attention, and Notion to prevent technical debt.
  • Configure workflows, automate processes, and maintain data quality to support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Produce dashboards, reports, and documentation that enable effective decision-making.
  • Act as a proactive partner, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions end-to-end.

  • Technical Skills:
  • HubSpot (core proficiency required)
  • Chili Piper, Attention, Notion (experience a plus)
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to translate solutions into clear, actionable documentation.

    Contract Details

    • ~20 hrs/week (flexible part-time)
    • Month-to-month contract with potential for extension
    • Hybrid in NYC Office 2x/week
