IT Support Manager – Lead the Charge in Technical Excellence
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Support Manager to oversee their IT support operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance the technical support infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology experiences for internal teams and clients alike. The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role, driving excellence and innovation in IT support services.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing IT support teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple ongoing projects
- Proficiency with support ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certifications
- Experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours or respond to support needs outside of standard business hours
- Certification in relevant IT frameworks is a plus
- Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
