Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Deskside Analyst to join their dynamic IT team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide expert technical support, maintain critical IT infrastructure, and empower end users across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring seamless IT operations, supporting ancillary systems, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and networking equipment.
• Strong knowledge of network devices including switches, routers, modems, and wiring configurations.
• Expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues swiftly.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
• Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Ability to travel to remote sites (estimated at 50%) and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting security systems such as security cameras and access controls.
• Knowledge of property management technology systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Associate.
• Prior experience supporting IT transitions during property acquisitions or relocations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical support role within a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to support and maintain networking and ancillary systems.
