Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Incident Management, Site Reliability Engineering, Engineering Operations, and AI-enabled automation. This individual will lead complex, cross-functional technology programs focused on improving the organization’s ability to prevent, detect, respond to, and recover from critical technology incidents.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management and Major Incident Management expertise with an understanding of AI engineering, machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation. This role will work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, Security, Data, Product, and business stakeholders to drive operational resilience while identifying opportunities to leverage AI to improve incident detection, triage, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Operations, Engineering Operations, Incident Management, SRE, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading Major Incident Management within complex enterprise technology environments.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, observability, and production operations.
- Experience coordinating high-severity incidents involving multiple technical teams.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Incident/Problem Management principles and operational best practices.
- Experience developing program roadmaps, governance models, KPIs, executive reporting, and cross-functional operating processes.
- Demonstrated experience driving technology programs from strategy through implementation.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered automation.
