Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to enhance and optimize an existing Salesforce implementation. The current environment contains underutilized functionality and inconsistent build components, and the firm is looking for a hands-on expert to streamline the platform, improve usability, and support complex investment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance an existing Salesforce org to improve performance and user experience
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
- Build and optimize Flows and advanced automation to support investment and asset management processes
- Refactor or improve existing code and configurations
- Support data integrity, reporting, and dashboard improvements for investment teams
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate investment workflows into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with financial and operational systems as needed
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on development expertise
- Deep experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and complex data models
- Experience supporting asset management environments
- Strong understanding of investor, fund, and portfolio data structures
- Ability to independently evaluate and improve an existing Salesforce build
